Refund policy
Fash'N Bar wants to make sure you are pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return for store credit or exchange, if returned in new condition.
We have a 7-day return policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds- Store Credit will be issued for ALL returns. Refunds are not available.
Store Credit- Store credit is issued via email only after we receive and process your return. It may take up to 3 business days to process returns.
Exchanges-The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at fashnbar@gmail.com. All requests will be responded to within 1 business day. A return address will be provided once return is accepted. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of all returns.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, hats and handbags
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Gift Cards
- Lifestyle products
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Bodysuits
- Items with built in undergarments
- Swimwear
- Lingerie
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
- Route Package Protection
