Shipping policy

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. All orders of $150 or more will require a signature at delivery.

  Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping
 
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to us, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. 

Route Package Protection
Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Route Package Protection can be added during checkout.


If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.
